At times when we are not teaching Karate we are fortunate to have Yoga being offered at our Dojo. We know that staying healthy is the most important part of living and adding Yoga to your life can benefit with one simple principle. Keep Moving.
We are very lucky to have our very own Hanna as our Yoga instructor. Hanna Jacobs is a student at Caledonia Martial Arts Academy and graded to her first degree Black Belt last year. Hanna has been teaching Yoga for over 20 years and aids her students to find movement as a way to heal from within. From stiffness and fatigue to sleep and digestion, Hanna digs deep into the principals of mobility being key.
With each session Hanna will help you find your inner strength while building your core.
