• I am coming for my first class. What do I wear?

- Anything comfortable and you will not require shoes or socks. We ask this as to prevent slipping on the wood floor.

• Can I come to watch a class before I start?

- Yes! We have a large lobby and seating area for anyone who would like to observe a class.

• What if I have to miss a class? Where do I leave a message?

- No problem! Come when you are able. No messages required and we will see you next time!

• I am very excited to start but I haven’t trained before and am a little nervous that I’ll get hurt.

- No worries! We believe in safety first. We will help you to gain not only strength but confidence in order to build a great foundation!
